Could you still use them if the recipe calls for the flowers to be stuffed?

Well if you are very careful you may can use it but to be honest I think you should use fresh Flor de Calabaza for stuffed

Aprox how many flowers come in the jar? Trying to see how many jars to buy since the recipe I am using calls for fresh flowers.

I don't know for sure since they are pickled and the flowers are compacted and it's hard to separate each flower but I would say maybe two cups.
