I love this product. It does work well in the car and best of all, you can be hands free when talking and even using the GPS where a person is unfamiliar with the areas while traveling. It's also great because you don't have to take your eyes off the road....just listen to your phone on speaker and you can drive safely. It's a great product...I do recommend. Just remember to put it on a flat surface so it can have a strong suction. It also makes a great gift to anyone.TY :))

My husband purchased this item because he's always looking for a reliable mount for his phone when we go and travel to different States.so far, this is probably one of the most reliable devices that he has found thus far. He has purchased quite a few in the past and they never lasted more than a couple months. One of them actually cause damage to one of his vents.This device arheres straight to the dashboard of the car and you can literally look at it in the Line of sight where you need it. There are no obstructions and it does not cause any kind of distracted driving.The phone can easily be detached from its mount. However, I realized that sometimes that the mount can detached a little easier than expected.I think that as long as we get to know the amount better, it will probably be more easy for us to maneuver it. But for now it is sitting on the dash causing no kind of damage and takes us to where we need to go.

Update: The company has reached out to me and offered a replacement product which is a pretty cool thing to do but I haven't received a replacement as of yet. I'll give them 3.5 stars for reaching out, an effort was made and that is a plus. This won't fit anywhere on my dashboard. I don't want to use it on my windshield since I don't like things in my way like that but there is no where for me to use it on my dashboard. Would be great otherwise. Now I'm beat again.

Great suction to the windshield. Will not stay adhered to the dashboard due to the sticky and plastic plate. A heavy phone will bring it down quickly. Installation was easy Just pay attention to the part that says install it at night so that the dashboard is cool. Clean the are with alcohol before applying the sticky thing.

This is my second Bestrix product. The first lasted over 3 years and I loved it. This is just as nice. If you unscrew the holder from the base you can reverse the mount into a "down" position, so the phone is below the windshield. I have an LG G5, so this new model with the bottom support doesn't work because it covers the power button on the back of the phone. I just mount the phone higher in the device to be able access the power button. Newer phones should work fine with this product with side or top power buttons.Still a great product.

Pretty good product, simple to put together unfortunately I didn't check before purchase to make sure it would fit my Galaxy A20 cel. The lower hook does come out far enough to secure my cel properly. I tried removing my cel casing as well to see if that would help but it didn't. So hopefully this will save the next Galaxy A20 owner from finding out to late.

The phone mount falls off while driving, God forbid u hit a big hole! Suction cup works well but where the phone mounts to that, needs to be upgraded! It's not easy lining it back up to go back on while your driving!!!!Where it squeezes your phone, those don't even squeeze in right. I have to maually seperate it to get my phone out of it or in it!! That little release button behind it, doesn't work and only worked the first time i took my phone out of it!!!If its not lined up just right in cradle, u can't charge your phone! It's actually more of a headache to deal with the mount than it is to just set your phone in your lap! Waste of money if u ask me!!
