Can I buy just the power supply cord for the charger case?

The power supply for the charger is an AC adapter plus a USB to Micro USB cord. Do i need a converter for phonak hearing aids when traveling in europe?

No, it should come with a 110-220 on its plug. However, you might need a "Euro Plug" to fit into the outlet.

Can i buy just the power pack?

yes and this vendor is amazing to work with. I received 1 and being generous they sent me a couple domes for my hearing aids as well. They have great communication and the charger is an amazing price.

An Improvement Over the Old Case

This charger case works great. I bought it because I had left my original charger in another state where I was traveling. They eventually sent my old one to me but it took several weeks. In the meantime I had to have something to charge my hearing aids, so I sprung for the $166 that the new one costs. It works better than the old one in that the small hearing aids are easier to pull out of the case when they are charged. The old one took considerable effort and was impossible when my fingers were even slightly wet. I was always afraid that I would damage the hearing aid by having to pull so hard to extract it from the case. Now I have two and I think I now have one for home and one for travel.

Pricey

Nice charger and much better than tiny charger that comes with Phonak RIC rechargeable hearing aids. However for 90 bucks they could at least give you some of the desiccant pads that reduce moisture. This case should be included with Phonak hearing aids . Spend $2500-$4500 on hearing aids and you get a tiny easily tippable charger. If you go to your local audiologist/doctor and spend $5600 you get the better charger. Ridiculous.

Phonak Charger Case Go Nothing But Trouble

I have had nothing but problems with Phonak Charger Case Go since I got phonak waterproof paradise hearing aids. Love hearings aids for amazing quality of sound but hearing aids continuously stop charging. Returned hearing aids in August 2022 and will go tomorrow for third time to Audiologist to ask for replacement case and hearing aids. I'm tired of trying to reboot hearing aids and also the case for hours without success. I still want same model of Phonak hearing aids but maybe different model of charger?? I'm reverting back to my old battery operated aids by Widex. Don't like the quality of sound but they just keep ticking until I can get a replacement from Phonak.
