how do i measure my hand to choose correct size?

With a tape measure ...wrap it around your hand right where the fingers connect to the palm of your hand. Good luck.

Really needed this

Got the glove sooner than expected. Visied my doctor Tuesday and got it Friday earlier than expected. Love the glove it's soft and keeps my hand from making any jerking movements and reduces pain. The only problem I have is I got a right hand glove so i must wear it inside out. Just happy to have it.

This medium fits a rather large hand comfortably.

Got one for a stroke victim. His hand feels swollen after too much exercise. This prevents that problem, and is comfortable to wear. Seems very durable.

Poor quality

I bought these because they were recommended by my arthritis hand doctor they helped relieve some of my joint discomfort but within a week the same started coming open and I was trying to stick some clothes but because of the stretchiness of the fabric it was how to do on my home sewing machine. Consequently once the seems coming out you came a major problem I threw them away. I ordered more but I did not order from the same company the same brand. The ones I have now are much better quality and I've had them for at least a month now and they're not deteriorating at all as far as the scene stitches

Not durable AT ALL

Within two days of starting to wear it the seams started popping. The funny thing is I wasn't active using it other than typing on my keyboard each day. I'd sew a seam, then another would pop open. I'd sew that seam, then another would pop. Super disappointing and I would NOT recommend it.
