YACQ Jewelry Crystal Creepy Octopus Pin Brooch for Halloween Costume Accessories Party Women Teen Girl

I love this pin. It is a great size for the level of detail and made an awesome accessory for a steampunk black as well as an all ivory/khaki outfit.Some said the pin broke, but I found it similar to every other brooch I have. I do have a few antique pins, so I am used to having something more delicate than this.In the photo, I pinched this pin fully around one end of my square neck scarf and held in place with a simple tie knot. Didn’t move all night; I could loosen or tighten it freely.It displays best if mounted on something thick. If you pin it through something thin, then the weight of the octopus will pitch forward until the legs can rest on your body or clothes. I initially tried pinning it like a belt buckle to the front of my lace skirt, but the fabric was too delicate and it was looking at the floor. I had a chain belt with that outfit but the chain was too delicate to help. It does well over silk scarves because you can move the knot underneath, and would probably be fine on thicker clothes or brocade - e.g. if I had pinned it to my brocade vest like a lapel.

The media could not be loaded.  I am SO on love with this brooch. I went out and bought a red purse and it was so plain looking, so I had the idea to decorate it with something not everyone has or sees. This octopus is so beyond gorgeous and sturdy and I get TONS of compliments on it. I put it on my purse a few months ago & every jewel is still in place & they sparkle so nicely in the sunlight! 10/10 highly recommend!!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas this year, and I just know she’s going to love it!! She recently got into wearing brooches/pins… never thought they’d be back in style for teens but here they are… anyhoo, pics can’t do this item justice, and in my opinion the green one is the perfect color! It has just enough darkness to be edgy -or maybe some would say creepy- or a sultry-type piece, and still elegant and a big eye catcher! Seriously beautiful piece!

I bought the purple Octopus despite the picture looking red. It truly is purple and it is beautiful. The perfect size not to heavy. I wore it to a function today and so many people asked about it. Highly recommend this pin and it came very fast.

It’s so pretty but poorly made. The clasp broke off as I was lifting it from the box. I’m returning it :( I thought about gluing it but I’m afraid it will fall off without me realizing. It does have an option to loop a necklace through it.

This is one of my favorite pins and I love that it had a loop on the back of the head of the octopus so I can add it to a chain and wear as a necklace instead. Great sparkle.

I got the gold and it is a gorgeous pin. I collect smaller sparkly ocean life type pins and this one is a beauty . Larger pins drag down blouses and sweaters and I don't wear suits or jackets anymore although you could put this one on the collar or lapel of a jacket. I have not experienced any problem with the clasp. I wish there were more crystal ocean life pins out there of this size.

The brooch is very sturdy and the crystals are secure. It is exactly as pictured and holds well on fabric. A really great statement piece, bought it to out on a black dress and the brooch holds well on the Jersey fabric, not damaging at all.

Purchased this as a birthday gift and it is even prettier in person. I also received it faster than anticipated.

Always a challenge to buy jewelry online as it can look cheap. In this case it was gorgeous in real life too. Definitely worth it
