"Run flush process for ten minutes", what flush process? Where are these instructions?

There is a YouTube video available on line... "How to perform a coolant flush on your Ford vehicle". Detailed instructions provided by a ford technician.

Can this be left in for a few days to flush the system better

Not a mechanic, but I guess it would depend on how much the engine runs. Remember it's a flush, not meant to keep engine from overheating

Why is it I can buy this at my local Ford dealership for $15.00?

Because its not delivered to your house. Ford dealership is @14 miles round trip from me. So gas cost + time + people in traffic = delivered to my door for 5$ more.

Does this remove mineral depasits that build up near the core openings ? thanks

If its real bad maybe drive around with it 10 miles. Then do a full flush.
