Do these glasses turn everything yellow? Im looking for something i can use to watch tv before bed.

Hi, Everything you see is going to have a yellowish tint, and that is intentional. Blocking blue light blocks the color blue, and these glasses filter violet, blue and some green as well. Generally, you want to reduce or block your exposure to these colors of light in the evening before bed. Thank you!

Do these also help with headaches caused by overhead fluorescent tube lights in offices or just with the type of light emitted by computer screens?
