BikeParka XL Waterproof Bicycle Cover

Honestly this product is the worst I can remember buying in a long time. That being said I admit to being very particular and normally end up spending significantly more than entry level price for any given item to ensure a benchmark of quality. There are covers out there at less than a tenner so at £35, this cover should have been nice.Having just purchased a new hybrid bike with quite wide handlebars at 72cm, the standard version of this cover wasn’t going to cut it, only going up to 65cm. I therefore purchased the XL model which claims to cover handlebars of up to 1 meter. This just can’t be true. It’s still tight over my 72cm bars and I feel as though it would rip if I tried to tease it into the position I really wanted. Having got the cover on and messed around tightening everything up and getting it as neat as I could, it looked an absolute mess. It’s baggy everywhere except the handlebars and would be flapping all over in the wind. Honestly, you may as well chuck an oversized bin bag or tarpauline over your bike-it’d look better than this.There is no ‘front’ indication arrow on this model as per the picture and you start doubting whether it’s in the right way. Tried it the other way-no better.Looks absolutely nothing like the photo of the ‘fitted cover’ in the advertising materials, which looks very presentable. Feel as though it needs far more elastocated seams to guarantee a good fit.Very disappointed-it’s gone straight back.

Plastic fabric become fragile after a couple of years outside. Rips like tracing paper. Not fit for purpose.

Bei uns arbeiten die Leute gerade an der Fassade und vor allem deswegen, aber auch wegen der Kãlte und im Sommer wegen der Sonne brauchte ich einen Schutz für mein Fahrrad, der nicht schwarz ist (wegen der Sonne im Sommer!). Der hier ist perfekt, schaut schön aus. Habe ein großes Mãnnerfahrrad und einen Korb hinten drauf, deshalb habe ich die Größe XL genommen,was perfekt passt. Kleiner hãtte nicht gepasst, unten war eh schon knapp. Für diesen Preis finde ich den Stoff etwas zu dünn, bin bisher trotzdem zufrieden.

Il prodotto è eccezionale. Ho acquistato questo come scorta nel caso quello in utilizzo attualmente, della stessa marca, da più di un anno di dovesse rompere. Avvolge perfettamente la bicicletta. Si mette/toglie con estrema facilità. Anche dopo una pioggia torrenziale non una singola goccia di acqua era passata attraverso la protezione, e ha superato anche l’esame nevicata abbondante.

Well, it is not so easy to get over my bike. I have a Flyer E-bike, and I need to keep it outside as we have no bike shelter. Within hours of using it, my bike fell over from strong winds (I wasn't thinking, and the cover acted like a kite), and it ripped a hole where the handlebar is. Then, I found another hole a few days later, not sure if it was from the same incident. The material feels sturdy, despite the tears, which is strange. It is also somehow sticky/grippy inside, catching on rubber parts, i.e. handle bars, tires, making me feel I will rip it again when putting on or off. I got the XL hoping it would be easier to put on, though I cannot say how much a difference it makes.

(alors qu'il convient de sécuriser le cadre)2. le système de serrage (lacet coulissant en partie haute : n'apporte pas grand chose, il eut mieux valu qu'il rapproche la toile du vélo à mi hauteur, avec là un passage (tissu renforcé avec scratchet pas métallique) pour un câble ou chaîne pour attacher (sécuriser le vélo)3. le repliement dans la housse : LE GROS POINT NOIR ! !que les personnes qui précisent dans le descriptif du produit la façon de ranger la housse dans le sac prévu à cet effet, c'est à dire non pas en la pliant mais en la bouchonnant- tassant dans la housse, le fasse "à côté du vélo sous la pluie" en moins de 2 minutes me recontacte. J'ai pourtant l'habitude de cette technique (randonnées obligent)Et ranger cette housse dans ce sac non "TROP PETIT" c'est un vraiment une galère pendant laquelle non seulement le vélo est rincé, mais le bonhomme aussi. ( impossible à faire si on a pas des mains très costaudes ! ! )Pistes de réflexion :avoir une autre poche avec soi ? et puis la ranger ou? comment ?Ne serait-il pas plus pratique de concevoir une housse UN PEU PLUS GRANDE avec 2 liens en velcro pour la resserrer après avoir rentré la housse dans le sac (s'inspirer du système utiliser pour les sacs de couchages -duvets de randonnée) + attaches pour fixer au cadre ou porte bagage (le temps du trajet - de rentrer chez soi ) ?Espérant apporter une modeste contribution à l'évolution du produit !Bonnes ballades à tous

ich fahre ein City-eBike mit Lenkerkorb. Die Größe XL ist für mein Rad gerade ausreichend. Fällt etwas kleiner aus, wie in der Größenangabe beschrieben. Aber das Rad ist bis auf den Boden abgedeckt, und bleibt trocken. über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, habe die Abdeckung erst ein paar Wochen.

Im ersten Moment war ich etwas schockiert, weil diese Plane wesentlich dünner als die üblichen im Handel erhältlichen Planen war, beim zweiten Hinsehen habe ich ein feines Gitter in der Kunststoffhülle bemerkt. Ich vermute, dass dies die Festigkeit steigern soll. Hoffentlich ist meine Vermutung richtigGünter Kefer

Größe ist super, stand den ganzen Winter im Balkon . Alles trocken. Nur leider ein Riss, entweder war es vorher schon so oder Mangelware... haben es viel zu spät entdeckt ! Hatten keine Spitzen Gegenstände etc. drunter.Schade!

gibt es kaum was besseres. Die Größe XL ist vorzuziehen.Das Material iund Verarbeitung ist eine Klasse für sich. Leider etwas zu teuer aber trotzdem 5 Sterne .

Die mitgelieferte Packtasche ist leider etwas zu klein, um die einmal ausgepackte Hülle wieder darin zu verstauen.
