Only one problem...
I absolutely LOVE this water bottle. It has great insulation. I put ice in it and it is still there after almost 24 hours. The reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because I have had this water bottle for less than 3 weeks and the band connecting the lid to the bottle is tearing. I have contacted the sellers and even though there is a lifetime warranty, they will not replace the top. I am so disappointed in this because I love my water bottle, I bring it everywhere I go and it keeps my water very cold.

Keeps drinks cold!!
I love my 24 oz 45 degree latitude bottle so much that I purchased one for both of my kids and their significant others. I also bought the 40oz and 64 oz (beach days). All of our 24 oz bottles are used daily. Add plenty of ice, fill with water and off you go. The water stays cold in the Florida sun even when it’s left in the car. The bottle has a slightly rough surface so it’s easy to grip. The colors are vibrant as pictured. We have 3 of the colors. The bottom is flat and sturdy as opposed to a rounded bottom that would tip easily(got rid of that brand). The interior is easy to clean and doesn’t change in color or get pitted like the other brand. I purchased a Takeya spout and a holder to use on my 5 mile walks. Overall I haven’t seen any negatives and we’ve owned them for over a year. ( I bought an extra when I use my zip fizz)

Great bottle.
I paid full price for this product - so my review is unbiased. The bottle is great and customer support is beyond fantastic. The first bottle I ordered had an issue so I emailed customer support and within a few business hours got a reply and the issue was resolved; no fuss no muss. The bottle fits in a car cup holder very well. My hot tea stayed hot for 11 hours before it started to cool off. The cold drinks side was great. I filled the bottle to the top with ice from my fridge's door (cubes) and then filled the rest with water. Kept replacing the water throughout the day. Spent part of the day in an office and several hours outside doing yard work; it was in the high 90s. 24 hours later I had a small amount of ice left as I put more water in the bottle. The only thing I didn't like about the bottle was the lid. The lid was perfectly functional and there was no leaking, but I prefer lids you don't have to screw completely off to drink. I prefer like the flip lids. The only other thing I would change is the shape. It's a wide bottle so it's not overly comfortable to hold; it's not bad, but not great. Overall I would recommend this bottle.

it's a great water bottle
What can I say, it's a great water bottle. I like the little silicon bands, though I am the only one with this kind of water bottle in my house. I use them to mark other things or hold groups of markers, or to keep a skein of yarn in check in my craft bag. I am somewhat careless with mine; it falls every now and again and I carry it by the lid keeper. But I've had it several months and I love it! The size is perfect for the perpetually thirsty and those who don't always have the opportunity to refill whenever they want. The wide mouth allows any ice shape to be used. I work outdoors for several hours (8-10 average, though sometimes up to 12 or more) and live in a hot and HUMID climate during the summers. I load it with ice in the mornings, and usually run the tap as cold as I can to fill it. I usually have ice for at least 6 hours, though it dwindles more on the hottest and humidest of days. Humidity seems to play the most factor in the effectiveness of this bottle. I notice that if my drink is very cold in this climate, the cap will start to sweat.

Works like a champ!
I am probably the only person leaving a review so far, that was not given a discount or a free piece of merchandise. Unlike many of the other products I have bought with "sponsored" reviews, I am extremely happy with this product.I bought 2 of both the 24 ounce and the 40 ounce bottles.Size------------24 ounce fits in my auto cup holders, and the "drink" holder on my small backpack. ( Read man purse )40 ounce is larger and does not fit into most regular size cup holders, but does fit into the drink holders on my regular/large size back. It should fit into any holder designed for a 32 ounce bottle like Nalgene. It's the same width, just a little taller.Performance-----------------------I spend a lot of time outdoors, walking in the 100 degree heat. I'm usually out for 3-5 hours at a stretch and don't have access to fluids. The first time that I used my bottles, I filled them about half full of Ice and added water. Three or four hours later, I was mad at myself, but in love with my water bottles. I drank all the water, but the ice wasn't melting!!! I literally had to remove the lids and leave the bottles in the sun, so I could get something to drink. :)Now I put in 10-12 pieces of ice from the fridge, and that is enough to go all day in the 40 oz. I use maybe 6 in the 24 oz. I'm filling them with cold water from the beginning. You may need a little more ice if you are filling from the tap.I haven't tried these for heat retention.Cons------------The company needs to make and ship their own "easy access" lids. Sometimes, I'd like to be able to get a drink with one hand. (I've ordered the recommended tops from a 3rd party, but I haven't received them yet)It is not dishwasher safe. This is a great product and it does what it says. If you can live without putting it in the dishwasher, it's the best value for the money I have seen.

Great Bottle, Weak Cap Holder
Great bottle! Keeps cold liquids cold, and hot liquids hot. Only downside is the cap. I purchased this bottle less than a month ago and the cap holder is breaking with average daily use. Other than the cap, I recommend this bottle!Update: A couple days after posting this, it tore completely. The cap still works of course, it's just not longer connected.
