How many beads does this kit come with? Is it really as many as the photos suggest?

There are so many beads just as the photo showes. The beads are very small. My 11 year old Granddaughter loved this present.

How many head bands does it contain? It says x4 on one picture then the description says x1?

My daughter got 3 hair bands in her box.

Does the string/elastic and headband come with it?

Yes, the whole package will contain the 24 colors beads, elastic string, headband, a small scissor, and a pink rabbit.

Is the string stretchy to get over the hand?

It's a little bit stretchy but not elasticated. There are clasps included for a bracelet/necklace so it doesn't need to go over the hand. But it can be a bit fiddly for younger children. Hope this helps.
