M&G Techno 50m Speaker Cable 2x1,5mm² CCA round transparent, with length marking, Model 3465

A fantastic price for the length, and has worked flawlessly and surround sound speaker cable. The cable is fairly thick, so may be difficult to hide (I tucked it into a picture rail, which hid up to 2 runs of cable (a third would be quite visible.) The cable itself is actually copper coated aluminium, which was not clear from the listing, but the sound quality through the speakers has been very good and all in all i am very happy with the product.

Decided to buy cheaper cable as it's only for upper surround speakers. Like the length countdown when using the cable how can something so simple be so useful . Only downside is because it's lay flat cable it's a little difficult to bend when flat. Communication from seller was in German which could be an issue for some.

Good for price, but thicker for purpose but you get quality sound

I needed 50m of speaker cable and this was an excellent price for that length. It is not wholly copper though and is metal coated with copper on the outside of each strand and it has numerous strands making the wire substantially thicker than the speaker wire you get at the DIY shop. I had some of that which is wholly copper but quite thin and I personally couldn't tell the deference in the sound transmitted. This is just my personal opinion sat on the sofa and listening to TV and Audio through an AV amp.

It’s twin wire copper with good insulation thickness. Although you can trace left/right orientation the printing is faint and well separated, why not just run a continuous white line on one wire to help .

ordered this as i wanted good quality cable for a pair of floorstanding speakers. this certainly looks the part. l have yet to wire them up ,l'm sure this will do the job. good value excellent delivery. would recommend to any body.
