Just received it. I love it when it works.It’s fully charged and full of distilled water.I know it only runs for 60 seconds at a time. But it is sporadic. I find myself opening and closing it a bunch of times and shaking it to make it work.I would like to contact the vendor for a replacement but cannot find their contact information. I would give it a higher rating if I just happened to receive defunct product this time… because I actually love how it works.

I love this little item. Very easy to use for setting makeup, cooling your skin, or just taming the hair. I charge it for a few hours and add filtered water and it's always ready to use. A+!
