This compressor is adequate, fast and does not overheat. It is relatively quiet and does the job. Despite online claim of 150psi, only 120psi is max on enclosed spec sheet.It really does require to be plugged into the car with the engine running. It consumes over 8amps during operation and will NOT RUN on battery alone. It is faster than typical 12vDC portable compressors that will run on battery power only, but take a long time to get up to needed PSI.It filled a P205/60 14 tire from 0 to 33psi in six minutes (gauge read 50psi).It filled four P215/60 16 tires from 23 to 36psi in an average of three minutes each.Disadvantage is that it is not equipped with an automatic shutoff for PSI. You need to mind it while it inflates. Also, the built in pressure gauge is very inaccurate. 50Lb on the compressor gauge measures as 33Lb with an accurate PSI gauge. Still it seems better than most of the junky compressors generally available.DC lighter cable is long enough to reach good distance around the vehicle. Rubber pressure hose is nice and long, with screw tight nozzle fittings. A coiled extension pressure hose with screw tight fittings is very useful. These screw tight fittings are required for higher pressure needs, but for general vehicle use I robbed a quick release nozzle fitting from an old compressor and fit it onto the cone nozzle provided. It works.Despite its short comings, I like this compressor. I use it in my garage and carry it in the trunk of our luxury sedan..

Unit works well for filling the higher pressure tires of my travel trailer while away from home. The pressure gauge seems to be off a few pounds and that is when the pump is not running. The pressure is much higher when the pump is running, which is expected as gauge is on the pump. I use an accurate pressure gauge to check the tires after the pump hose is removed. The power cord is not long enough as expected and I purchased an extension cord to reach the cigar plug in my truck. The battery clip adaptor will work if there is an automotive or RV trailer battery available. The extension hose is needed unless the pump is next to the tire being filled. The pump adjusts the pressure on tires quick enough. This pump will take a long time to fill an air mattress or the like. The storage bag is just large enough to fit the pump, extension hose, battery clip adaptor, accessory air fittings and the extra extension power cord. Time will tell how long it lasts.

I've always used the cheap pumps you can pick up at your local auto parts store. This time I thought I'd try one that's a little more expensive. Well, I find that you get what you pay for! This little pump is fast and very easy to use. Feels sturdy and I get the impression it will last much longer than the cheaper ones. I would have given five stars but the pressure display needle jumps a little too much, making it difficult to get a correct reading while inflating tires. Good compressor and I recommend it, just have a tire gauge handy if you want a truly accurate reading.

A little pricey but it does deliver a fair fast flow of air. You can even use it as an air gun with the needle inflator adapter. However it fails to deliver at the high pressure range. 80-90 lbs max. Mine broke after filling a five gallon tank to 80 lbs two or three times. Good for inflating small low pressure things like tires , or maybe balls. Bad for home made air compressors. I have to repair mine -if I can, but I like it and will keep it (but not for my home made mini compressor)

I run 35" tires on my truck and do not carry a spare so I was glad this little workhorse did a great job.I would buy again

I purposely bought an analog readout over the digital readout. Less to go wrong. It inflated a flat tire pretty quick. Then I got the car to a tire place. I first had a Slime brand at a few dollars less than this one. Kept that one day. Did the research and found this one on Amazon. I don’t like it when Amazon sends me things I buy that have been already torn open. It feels like I’ve been violated. I inspected this unit carefully and determined I would keep it. It did look brand new except for the box being torn open. It has a nice long power cord and extra length on the inflation hose if you need it.

It pumps up the tires fine, though you should use a good tire gauge as the pump indicates 85 psi when the tire is at 65. The cord and air hose barely reach the rear tires of my 30 foot travel trailer (from the front mounted "house" battery) so I'll splice in several feet of wire for convenience.
