First, I have to say that no serum or oil itself won't grow back your hair, massaging your scalp daily helps with any serum you like to use. Hair follicles need some time to grow back so, miracle won't happen in one day there is no magic products available thought... I think it is purified WATER...It as no measurement details (1 m.l or 2 m.l) how to calculate.

Do not buy it. It is duplicate product. Package and box looks cheaper than what I bought in medicine shop.

It really helped me with hairfall
