Great banneton sturdy and easy to keep clean
Love this banneton, just the right size for the portions of bread that I make (approx 500g). The little cover is easy to clean provided you put enough flour on it prior to putting your dough in to prove.

Superb little Banneton
Works a treat for shaping/proving smaller loaves. I’ve used for sourdough, to great success. With a decent dusting of flour applied before/after each use, it produces lovely loaves (who doesn’t like those artisan bakery lines that appear after proving in a Banneton!?!) :-)

Good quality and value for money.
Arrived quickly, and the quality is good. The fabric lining is easily removed for washing or if you prefer to replace it with a kitchen towel.

It is MUCH too small for a 1kg / 2lb loaf. Would work well for something half that size.
See picture comparison with a 2lb baking tin. You can see the proofing basket is much too small... Save your money for something else...
