Frustrated Experience!!!
This product was defective when I received it. The beam head didn’t move and the manual was no help & difficult to understand. When I requested to have it returned. Mountainet provided me with a return Guangdong China address at my expense, although they have a warehouse in the U.S. which they should have provided me in the first place & this product indicated it was a free return. They delayed my time of returning it by requesting if I could bring it to someplace to repair it & they would pay me at a price that would not be have been worth it! This occurred for 2 days, when my messages clearly indicated that I just wanted their item to be returned back to them at their expense, and get my refund. This was just a frustrating experience. I finally received their return U.S. address after 3 days and was able to return it at their expense.I strongly suggest to not purchase this item.!!
