Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Update: still amazing, no problems. This was the best purchase of the year.I have missed the adjustable cables at the gym, not anymore. For the price this is amazing. Fits Olympic plates perfectly fine. It also fits 45lb Olympic/ 2” plates too! I was nervous that the 45lbs would not fit, couldn’t be happier! I have only had it up for a few hours but I tried 130lbs on it with no problem. Just make sure you anchor this to the wall as the seller states. Only thing that would make this product better would be including lubricant/grease for the rods. This was for sure a two-person assembly project. Well worth it, shipped quickly. I love it!

But who approved of this design?

Gets the job done but lots of design flaws. I recommend welding a standing pad on the bottom so that the entire thing doesn't tilt over when trying to do cable curls, shrugs, or anything that involvs pulling up. Also the plate mounts are straight garbage, it doesn't even lock in place. Again, a welder works. Also the seat is so small, it can only hold half a butt cheek. Whoever designed this should be fired. It's. Functional otherwise.

Putting together

I can say it was a good buy, however the instruction manual wasn’t as helpful. Based of previous purchases there was no step by step guide we were a little lost in putting it together. The wheels for the pulley is a little off had to put a little grease to the ropes to for better movement. You can’t use the long bar for back exercises, which was one of the main reasons for the purchase.

Very Good Lat Machine

Very good lat pulldown for the price I would recommend buying another lat bar though the one you get with this is not very good the bar is very light weight not made very well. Easy to put together.
