Having ordered my new Pixel 3 XL, first on the list was a screen protector and case. I'd initially went for a cheap and cheerful one to tide me over, but having seen a few reviews for this I decided to give it a go. The packaging is very well put together, and has everything you need to get the perfect application to your device...aside from the required patience! Application is straightforward, providing you follow the instructions and watch the application video as recommended. Once applied, the finish is the best I've ever seen, totally invisible on the screen, with a finish akin to that of the original screen. I have an official Google hard case on my device and there just enough of a gap to have a perfect fit, with no fitting issues. Yes, it may be expensive, but so far, it's worth every penny!

Cannot recommend.My main issue was with installation. I have tried the installation twice now having placed multiple orders of this screen protector. The installation both times seemed fine at first but after 24 hours the sides began to lift off the screen. I followed the instructions and watched installation videos online but still experienced lifting. Before my second attempt I even contacted Whitestone support for advice to avoid lifting on the edge. Unfortunately the same problem occurred.The most significant reason why I cannot recommend buying this at all is that after removing the screen protector, I was shocked to discover that some of the adhesive had dried under the glass of the phone itself, leaving unsightly marks. Luckily I paid for full cover insurance and was able to make a claim to replace the phone.In my experience the installation process is unreasonably difficult and potentially damaging to the phone. It is far to risky to recommend.

This product is fantastic. Yes it is pricey and yes the installation is a bit overwhelming when you first read the instructions but there really isn't a better screen protector out there. Providing you follow the instructions and clean the phone thoroughly, the installation is perfect. No air bubbles at all. With cheaper screen protectors I had the issue of long air bubbles around the side of the screen due to the curved glass on the Pixel. This is not an issue with this screen protector and you can barely tell it's on. It's really that good.My only complaint would be that you only get one screen protector in the box. I think for the price it should come with two but that's a small complaint.It's well worth the price. Forget buying the cheaper ones as with the amount you'll spend on various cheaper ones, you might as well have bought this.

Before I purchased this screen protector I knew the installation would be tricky, I watched some Youtube videos of the installation process from Whitesones website and others. I had heard good things about the Dome protectors so I thought the process and cost was worth it for the added protection. The installation process for myself went a bit wrong on the first attempt as I got some air bubbles, but I cleaned it off and retried and the second attempt went flawlessly.However, within 24 hours I noticed that a small chip had appeared in the side of the protector. Oddly though it had appeared of it's own accord, I put my phone down on my desk and it was fine, then when I next went to pick it up the chip had appeared. I knew I could get a warranty replacement but this would cost me $13 to get it shipped over to the UK. $13 is unacceptable for less than 24 hours of screen protector when I have paid over £35 for the original int he first place.I contacted Whitestone directly and they did not respond to my emails, I have found out from other sources that they don't actually have any screen protectors available for the warranty replacements.I will be returning this for a refund asap.

After reading favourable reviews for this screen protector I decided to give it a go. However despite following the video tutorial to the letter the 1st attempt ended with the fixer not making its way to all the edges. Cleaning this off the screen protector and my handset was a very messy process. The second attempt was better, but it still didn't adhere to the top and I have a gap underneath by the front cameras and it looks unsightly. All in all a total waste of money! I have used many screen protectors over the years and have had experience fitting them. This product is over complicated and convoluted.There are cheaper ones to choose from so get one of those instead!

The principle is OK, but the installation instructions are not at all easy to follow. It took me an hour to get the hang of the installation, not helped by the fact that the video gave slightly different instructions to the instruction sheet. I did not get to the end of the install because the tab to remove the film itself pulled off rather than taking the film on the back of the protector off with it. This made installation impossible, since I could not get a fingernail between the glass and the film.Probably a good idea, but let down by complex instructions and defective product.

This is a top quality product and, once installed, you barely even notice it is there. There is no reduction in touch sensitivity, no halo effect, no lifting at the edges and the fit is seamless.Watching the Youtube installation videos before installing this is essential, ideally watch a few, watch them several times and watch at least one that tells you how to remove it and reapply if it goes wrong so you don't panic! Yes, the installation process is complex, but it is totally worth it for the results you get. I got a perfect install first time, even though I had to adjust the position of the protector as I was applying it and it fits seamlessly with my Spigen tough armour case.*EDIT 18.11.19*My phone fell out of my pocket today onto a sharp stone and the screen protector cracked badly but the phone underneath is undamaged. Perfect! I now have a replacement on order.
