Gaia Herbs Sleep and Relax Herbal Tea Bags, 16 Count (2-Boxes)

I've been having difficulty sleeping for quite some time -- both in quantity and quality, including waking up in the middle of the night. Then I tried the Gaia tea (after trying another brand that didn't work). Since I have a Fitbit that tracks both my quantity and quality of sleep, including short moments of being awake or restless, I can track it VERY well. As of the very first night of drinking this tea before bed, I wake up feeling rested. Then I check the Fitbit site. On Day One my sleep went from fitful (even though you don't feel it when sleeping) to nearly SOLID sleep without restlessness. I'm totally amazed. Gaia is great. (I used their tea for laxative a year ago. Whoa, baby, don't have a second serving.)

I looooooove this tea. It’s become a nightly ritual to drink it (sometimes with a little honey) an hour before bed. This calms me down from my crazy days.

I drink this when I’m stressed and it really works. Great tea for work stress. Love this so much. Have been drinking this for years.

Best tea for sleep hands down and I’ve tried them all including sleepy time, the Brazilian passion fruit tea, valerian tea etc. this stuff works, crazily enough!

Love this tea, please do not discontinue. Was having problems falling asleep, but this tea has helped me relax and doze off. Please follow instructions and seep covered for 10 minutes. Don’t have to take zzz quil for now.

Bought this because reviews said it would help with blood pressure. Had it a month and hasn’t helped yet . It does taste good . Don’t think I’ll order again,

Love this flavor. It seems sweet so I use less sugar although it appears to be sugar free. Yummy.

My cousin gave me this tea, and I loved it! It’s made with tangerine oil that gives it a citrus flavor. I’m very fond of tea. I prefer it over coffee.
