I love Better batter. The best part is that those not gf don't know it's a gf product! Made this cake for my lo birthday and everyone raved about it! I was disappointed to find something else in the cake mix gave me similar symptoms to gluten but It tasted so good!

Delicious enough to serve to gluten eaters!

This stuff is good and the Better Batter website has different recipes for a variety of treats! I serve these to visitors and they seem to enjoy them. My daughter has said that she likes the gluten free better then regular flour cakes.
