I got to know Renpho through one of their scales. Recently, I've been looking for a new set of pillows because of pain I've been getting in my neck and shoulders from my old pillows. The Renpho pillows arrived well packaged and vacuum sealed. They take about 12-18 hours to fully inflate once taken out of their packaging. I tend to switch between sleeping on my side and sleeping on my back. For this reason, it has been somewhat challenging to find a comfortable pillow that would accommodate both positions. However, from the first night, I was immediately comfortable on this pillow and was able to switch between side and back sleeping without any discomfort. They are soft but well-filled and supportive. My only complaint is that they don't appear to come in a king size. To summarize, I would definitely recommend these pillows and I would definitely buy again.

I have been searching for the right pillow for me for many years now, and I always find myself sleeping better with hotel pillow, like Hilton, Hyatt etc. I was looking into the pillow from them but they are pretty darn expensive. Before I pulled the trigger I told myself "why don't you give Amazon a try" and I found this. At first I was pretty skeptical that it would do me any good but then I thought its not expensive so I gave it a try. And now I have been sleeping on it for several weeks now and I am pretty happy with it. It gives me plenty of support for my neck and I don't find myself toss and turning as often as before. If you are struggling with sleep, I suggest to give it a try!

First, the good: Pillows arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged in a sealed bag and tightly compressed and rolled in a small box, but they fluffed up very quickly upon opening. The fabric cover is a nice smooth, quiet material, good quality, and the polyester fill they use is not at all clumpy or lumpy like so many cheap poly pillows. The pillows plumped up full and big and feel very nice in your hands.Then, the not so good: In no way is the fill similar to down - and I've had a lot of down or down + feather pillows over the years. These are much more firm and compress perhaps 40% of full thickness under my head - and I have a big, heavy punkinhead. For me, this leaves them too thick and too firm for true comfort, and I'm still trying to adjust to it after a week or so. I much prefer the airy, cloud-like softness of a good down pillow, and these are definitely not of that caliber.I didn't expect down - or even a truly down-like pillow for this reasonable price - but I also didn't expect them to become quite so firm when only minimally compressed. In truth, these feel so nice I'd probably have bought them in a store too, even after handling them live and in-person, but you just can't tell until you spend a night or 2 on a pillow if it will really be comfortable. If I decide I just can't get used to it soon, they will become very nice guest pillows for what will hopefully be less picky guests.

This is without a doubt one of the best purchases I have ever made. I bought 2 of these boxes, 4 pillows, for Christmas for my 2 boys. We are all pillow snobs and have way to many pillows, it's comical. All of our pillows continually have to be replaced. I love a down pillow but not the price so i decided to try the alternate down collection. These pillows are all 4 on my bed, not my boys as i had planned. I love them so much. They are the perfect pillows for me. It doesn't matter which of the 4 i grab to sleep on each night, my sleep is going to be wonderful!

We really like that the pillow is soft and supportive. It is important to use the right size pillow case. We ordered the queen size pillows and started out using standard pillow cases. The standard cases fit the pillows as tight as a tick and made the pillows a little too firm. Next, we put the pillows in queen size pillow cases and they were perfect; allowing the pillows a little space to spread out did the trick. We appreciate that the pillows are hypo-allergenic, as we like feather pillows but often woke up with stuffy heads. Coincidence or not, that didn't happen with these pillows.

We hated the pillow when we first received it, it was too big and first and wasn’t comfortable at all, but after using it for more than a month it’s gotten to where we are more comfortable in our sleep and we now enjoy it

I love these pillows! I have been looking for a pillow that will keep its loft or fluff throughout the night and is so soft and comfy that i sleep well. My neck and shoulders don’t hurt as much in the morning. I’ve tried bamboo, down, foam and every kind I could find. Nothing worked over time. I use both pillows and exchange them when one seems to be packing too much. They fluff right back to like new condition when they rest for a couple of days. This way I can get a good nights sleep.

Felt like clouds, except I don’t want to sleep on a cloud- I need something much firmer. No support whatsoever.
