I purchased these for my 83 year old mother who was paying to have her thick nails cut at the doctors office every 90 days. She never thought they got them where they needed to be. She had ordered a "professional looking" set of clippers from a medical supply catalog that weren't sharp and were difficult to manipulate. I jumped on-line and bought these the same day she tried the others. We had them the next day and WOW, are these nice. The wide opening allows for cutting even the thickest nail and they are sharp enough to get the job done, they even worked well on my finger nails. The only draw-back is that I am now the new nail technician for my mom. (I don't mind). I would recommend these to anyone!!!!

One gripe... they are BOTH finger nail clippers. Both round shaped. Toe nail clippers are supposed to be more straight edge. So i was disappointed because that was why i mainly bought these. HOWEVER...I do like the clippers, easy to use, sharp, and VERY wide opening for thick nails...but this does not work for toe nails, because of the shape.Toe nails are wider and need two or three clips from one side to the other...which is why they should be straight edged. Using these will cut around into the middle.Ive given 4 starts because they ARE good clippers...for finger nails! lol

I bought these to pop inside a toiletry kit that was a father's day gift. My husband has been raving about them since he opened the gift, which was unexpected as they are just nail clippers. He went on and on about how they are easy to hold and cut through his tough nails with ease. I'm glad I spent the extra money and got him this pair. The reviews were good and the design is aesthetically pleasing, worth the money.

These are heaven sent as I have pinched (big toe) nails on both feet that can be painful if not tended frequently. The only real way to correct it (mostly hereditary) is surgery. Considering it but for now, these are my go to pedicure tool. They're easy to use and hold. Highly recommend for people that have especially thick and/or troublesome nails (hands and feet).

Recently suffered a hospital class injury to my left shoulder and back. Trimming my toenails was nigh impossible. Even if I could reach my toes my nails were too thick for my drugstore clippers. These things are magnificent and a little bit tactical :) WARNING!!!!I inadvertently nipped the tip of my toe once. It hurt but love the way my nails look.

I didn't really like them at first. There is something about the angle of the cutters that caused me to have to adjust the way I was holding them. After using them a few times I got used to that aspect and really like them now. They are super sharp so be careful!

I bought Nail clippers in retail drug store. Struggled for years with them. Decided to buy some a little more expensive. The quality is excellent. I think as you get older the nails get tougher. These clippers are so easy to use and safe and cut much better than any others that I have used in the past.

I have tried the fancy nippers but they don't work good on my thick toenails but these clippers cut them like going thru butter with ease i highly recommend them they are very sharp which other ones are lacking,glad i bought them but be careful as i stated they are very sharp,dont let kids use them!
