Love! The stores don’t carry neutrogena eyeliner anymore near me, so I was happy to find this on Amazon! It doesn’t last long, but for the price I think it’s a great deal! Glides on smooth and stays all day.

I LOVE this product. Very easy and precise application. As advertized, this is definitely smudge resistant. That is extremely important to me as I have dry eye syndrome and this product does not get into my eyes. My eyes feel so much better with the use of this product.

Things I like: smooth to glide, stay put all day and great color (I got jet black).Things I don’t like: very easy to break, making the product last shorter than I want— each pencil lasts 2-3 weeks for me.Tricks: twist the lead as short as possible to prevent the breakage.

This brown eyeliner looks great and glides on easily when applied with short, light, repeated strokes. It's easy to apply precisely and feels comfortable all day long---even with my sensitive skin. Also, it's easily removed with a moist eye-makeup wipe. I consider this eyeliner reasonably priced, and I give it five out of five stars!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing two of these eyeliners. First of all, the very first time I touched it to my eye lid, the tip broke off! Then the second and third times I touched it to my eyelids, the tips broke off!!! These tips constantly breaking off when putting on made me write this review urging you to reconsider purchasing this product. I doubt these will last long due to breakage. I’m definitely looking into changing brand that’ll last longer without that issue.However, once on my lids, the color was fantastic and stayed all day without smudging. But I’m very disappointed about the tips.

This has become my favorite eyeliner! It goes on so well and lasts all day.

Received my item of the Neutrogena eyeliner and didn't need it right away but opened it up when I did need it which was a little bit past the 30 days of being able to return it and the eyeliner is dry. It is supposed to be a gel and it is dry and crackly in the dispenser. Very upset that I cannot return it and I can't use it either! I have ordered this item a few times now and never had this problem before. I will try the product one more time and if that happens again I will post it and not buy it anymore.

I really struggle to find eye makeup that stays put on my eyelids, regardless of how waterproof/smudge proof things claim to be. There's another brand that I really like color-wise that claims to have staying power, but without primer it wears off by lunch. This eyeliner goes on so smooth, with rich color, and it hasn't budged all day. In 110 degree Arizona heat. I'm in awe that something this good, and safe for contact lens wearers, is so affordable - just reordered to make sure I don't run out this fall!!
