Just what I needed
Was struggling to find adapter for a ptt to make my peltor comtec III headset and mic work with our radios. This was the ticket. Radios are line of site and was able to use during parachuting operations from the ground and the air. So happy to have this adapter.

Will fail eventually.
I'd suggest getting one that's just simply a plug adapter that does not add extra cable length. My buddy and I ordered these, his quickly quit working because the wires come loose so he ordered his 2nd one. My original one has worked a little longer than his did but now it has stopped as well. You have to hold the cable at a very specific angle for it to work. Do not recommend this product due to lack of longevity. We have both only owned them for a couple of months.
