Amazing!
I have been using Savannah Bee honey (as well as other local honeys) for years -- and this Palmetto Honey is amazing! And what great health benefits, too! I bought 3 jars and am about to place an order for more.

Bitter and disappointing
I received this honey in a gift basket, and being a huge fan of honey could not wait to try it. To my shock, it was very bitter tasting. I've tried so many varieties of honey in my life, but have never encountered honey that was bitter tasting. Thinking it was me, I had other people try it, and they too were started by how bitter it tasted. We never heard of honey being bitter. Perhaps we received a bad batch?
