I can't see how anyone can complain about this product for less than $6 & shipping included. Does it feel kind of cheap? Yes. Is it the sexiest case in the world? No. What this product does provide, however, are significantly improved ergonomics - especially when being forced to use the back touch pad as many PS Vita developers awkwardly incorporate into their games or when using it as a PS4 controller. The case snaps easily into place and even after several hours of extended playtime it didn't creak, shift, or impair controller function in any way.For the price, you can't go wrong. But what if I hate it? It was only $6.

Bruh, this product is legit. For the price this dude is lit! This dude is sturdy like a damn pirate wood leg! It fits perfectly and feels great! MY hands no longer feel uncomfortable or cramp up, god knows that my hands crap up for other reason. I Don't need gaming to be another cause of it. Great Product, must buy!

The Vita is possibly my most used console. A while back I began looking into 3rd party grips to make extended plays much easier on my hands. I've gone through a couple of the major designs out there for the original Vita 1000 and I have to say, this grip is probably the best all around.Pros:- Best design for ease of use by far. This design actually allows you to properly access all the face and shoulder buttons without causing discomfort. This combined with joystick extenders makes for a surprisingly pleasant gaming experience.- Best value for the price. You really can't go wrong with such a low price, especially for the amount of comfort you get.- Access to all ports and buttons. I had an issue with some of the other grips I tried due to some of the ports being completely covered while in use. I would have to remove the grip to do things like charge the device or switch out games. Not so with this item. There is full easy access to every port and button on the vita.- Easy to install. All you have to do is put your Vita in shoulder buttons first and then snap it into place. The grip feels secure when in place, with no rattling or loose areas.- Easy to transport. The smaller general size of this grip allows me to transport it in my Vita carrier which is something I could not do with the other ones I have tried.Cons:- Build quality is cheap. This is to be expected for the price but this item does feel quite a bit cheaper than the competition. The plastic feels somewhat brittle and slick and it can become less comfortable to hold if your hands begin to sweat.- Plastic seams feel somewhat sharp. This is the part along the edge where the front and back pieces meet and it is mildly uncomfortable when pressed against your bare skin.- Design is not perfect. There will still be a slight adjustment period for this item. You may even experience some slight cramping as you figure out the best way to hold it. Once you have it down, though, it should be fine.Overall this is a great item that is absolutely worth buying if you have a Vita 1000. It definitely enhances the experience quite a bit and it will not set you back very much in terms of price. With better materials and some slight tweaks here and there this could have been perfect.

I've been through two of these and the built in stands to hold this unit up right for viewing YouTube or Netflix don't work. The one comes out properly but the other doesn't lock into place leading it to fall over unless you modify it somehow. It's a good case for the money as long as you don't mind the case functionality not usually working. The dealers customer service was great handling my issues however.

This is very good for holding the ps vita with some focus but using it without it at times seem like you could break the slim ps vita from gaming hard.Pros:Easy grip and it fit the slimcomfortableeasy to useCons:No R3 or R2 button on the grip but it will make using the item better ( IF YOU GO WITH THIS ONE OVER THE R2/R3 ONE)Could move up in with the slim version but its really for ps1000 version

I went from playing on my Vita every other week to pretty much every day on my break at work and every time I use the restroom. This is probably the single biggest quality of life improvement you can make on your Vita gaming experience.

K, I have had my PS Vita since day one. It is piano black, larger, awesome OLED, speakers & has a decent handhold to begin with. I hoped I could get a better grip but was I waaay wrong. My original handgrip is much much better, comes with extended triggers, easily locks into position. This grip is awful. I was truly afraid I was going to break my device and/or screen. There’s two “clamps” you push to lock the system into the grip & I had a terrible time when trying to unlock the pins to remove the vita. Seriously nearly broke my vita. The right pin has to be screwed up. This thing is a HARD PASS for me. I’ll stick with my my Official PDP MERC wen it come to additional grips for my Vita. I gave the grip a 2/5 stars. It felt ok when installed & that’s as good as it gets.
