I love the phone so far, but was surprised when I opened the box covered in English labels, the user guide was in Slovakian, and it came with a foreign charger as well. I have plenty of US chargers, so that wasn't a huge issue, but trying to figure out the power button was a bit difficult until I sought out Youtube. Luckily too, on the very first setup screen you can set the language, so I was up and running in no time :) A great upgrade from my former device!

Before I bought it, I called T-Mobile to confirm that it works on their network, but I have been unable to get it to work. T-Mobile cannot get it to work. It is a waste.
