Super strong and easy to place
Got these for my race number for Manchester Great Run - no hassle with safety pins, and number held solidly in place - ideal. Once you have the number on it's easy to adjust by sliding the magnets. Very happy with this purchase.

Tried, but not yet tested
Magnets seem strong enough, once positioned. 10 mile race next week, will update then.

They stayed on !
I rode my bike for 5 hours in high heat and wind. The number sheet that they were holding down on my back was flapping. I could hear the sheet occassionally. I thought I'd lost at least one magnet, but when I finished my ride all magnets were present. Impressive.

Great alternative to fiddly safety pins.
I was a bit worried they'd fall off during the race but there are rock solid. A bit fiddly to put on but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. Great buy.

Good with thin technical tees but not cotton. Not for smaller adults / children.
These are strong, mighty little magnets. They are a bit fiddly to put on your race bib and tee as you have to get one hand with the small back into your tee and keep the bib straight. So stand somewhere they can't fall down a drain, although their bright colours help you find them easily in the grass. Once attached they are pretty strong. They don't hold well to cotton tee shirt material as it is a bit thick (lost one pair on a 2km fun run) and they will easily come off if knocked in a sideways motion so no good for assault course type fun runs. On second use (3km) my son lost all 4 despite wearing a technical tee the second time! I think it's because the bib number is wider than the breadth of his shoulders, and mine TBH, so the bib gets snagged by his arms as he runs which easily loses the magnets. They are expensive for what they are, probably wouldn't recommend them at the full price especially as I lost one one the first use, and 4 on the second (bought 2 sets) so he had to hand carry his bib around with him... I am a bit disappointed with them to be honest, and wished I didn't buy them, will probably stick to cheaper safety pins in future. The 2 we have left will make good fridge magnets though lol.
