I notice a positive difference in that my muscles don't ache after a workout. Because they're drops they are easy to add to my water bottle and drink all day. They have no flavor which is a plus.

I love this product, it's super clean and from what I understand easily absorbable by the body. Doesn't really taste like anything. I often feel a little surge of energy when I take a full dose in the morning with water.
