These wafers are light and crisp with a touch of chocolate. Their only drawback is that they are fragile and break easily. Therefore, a lot of them get broken during shipping. However, I DON'T CARE! because they taste so good. Some are in one piece, some in 2 or 3 pieces. There will be crumbs in the bottom of the package also, but overall they are a good value for the money and they taste so good!

The taste of the cookies/wafers is great, first box to last, I have purchased these on subscribe and save a few times. The boxes are small, which is a good thing to control how many I eat. The price for 39 ounces is great on Amazon mom, much cheaper than at the store, and they are not always available at my market. Although some cookies were broken in the boxes, most were not, and there were no boxes reduced to crumbs. Anyway, Amazon has a great return policy if a product is defective, so if an order arrives broken up, they will replace it, no charge (and you usually can keep the damaged food product).

As you'd expect, this is a box of boxes of wafers. If you place it in a order with another item, like I did, you end up with twelve boxes in a box... inside an Amazon box with your other item and a lot of bags of air. It seemed to me like it would have been easier to ship the two products separately, if only to save on cardboard.The product itself tastes great. Expect some of the wafers to break during shipping, but most of them will turn out fine.If you're buying a gift for a friend, do consider whether buying an individual tin of the wafers would be more appropriate.

Excellent cookies! The flavor of hazelnut mingled with chocolate and sugar is delightful. The packs are smaller than what I can get at the store (10 cookies in each pack), but make for a good treat - sharing with 3-4 people allows 2-3 cookies each, which is a good amount, or having a few cookies and putting the pack away. The smaller pack size also means that when I have them to myself, I don't eat too many. Occasionally the cookies are broken when opened (~10% of the time), but that just makes sharing easier.

I tried these in my cookie sample box from Amazon last week and was hooked immediately! I ordered this twelve box multi pack first thing. They are crisp, but not hard and don't have the waxy sort of coating that the Pepperidge Farm version has. The chocolate filling is smooth and seems to just melt away on your tongue. These are sweet without overwhelming like a candy bar. If you find some have crumbled in shipping just dump the broken pieces in your coffee cup - instant hazelnut mocha.

I bought these for a coffee bar at a wedding. When we opened the boxes the day of the wedding to put them on trays, we found that most of them were broken.
