I liked this cast iron skillet, the size is however super small, so only small batches can be cooked in a time, like one egg. This needs to be really seasoned well else things will start sticking fast like any iron skillet.

Perfect for slow cooking or frying vegetables like potato with less oil. Ideal for a small family. Like any other cast iron vessel, it requires timely seasoning and care, so it is enough for a lifetime.

Best cast iron company

I reviewed several pans prior to purchasing Victoria 12 inch skillet. I refuse to spend $350 on a field and Company cast-iron pan with lid. This pan does everything that that one will do for us at 1:10 the price. I’ve had zero issues with anything sticking to it. all I do is give it a simple wipe with sunflower oil before cooking. The key to cooking with cast iron seems to be to start off on low heat and gradually work your way up to medium heat. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

The quality is so good. This is the second Victoria pan I have as I loved the first one so much. They are easy to care for and cook with if you follow the instructions that come with it. I am definitely going to expand on my Victoria collection. The only negative would be the packaging as there was no protection of the pan in the flimsy box it came it so it could have quite easily have been damaged in transit. Thankfully mine only sustained a small scuff mark which washed off.

Useful to have a smaller pan like this some, well made and well designed product.
