I bought this on the recommendation of a friend. I have very dry skin, and live in a place with lower humidity then I am acclimated for. When I started using this product, I noticed that less hair was in my comb.I have now started regrowing hair in spots that have been thinning for months if not years. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, but that might take longer to change, since I have had dry skin my whole life.

This horsetail works really well. My fingernails were very soft and splitting. They're now hard and healthy. My hair also seems to be growing faster. I'm very pleased!
