Got mine broken
Got mine broken. Asked for a replacement - they told me they don't have any in stock and I have to wait for 1.5 month. It's been more than 3 month already and I did not get replacement. Awful customer service and not really quality product. Had to buy on-flash plastic diffuser to get more soft light with this not-really-octobox.

Not really an octobox , more like a hexabox.
Don't advertise product as octobox when it doesn't have 8 sides. What else about this product is misrepresented? A bit pricey for what it is.
