Will this guitar comes with a bag

If purchased new from a dealer, it is supposed to have a gig bag. It is not a good one in terms of padding, but if you are the only person handling the bass it will offer minimal protection. I have seen a hard case available (musician's friend) for about $75 that would give better protection. BTW, it's a fun bass to play.
