Q: hello, does these neck pillows have a longer belt? i'm not tall and is little bit uncomfortable with the one that is on the box because sits high.

It honestly might be down to the chair you got for yourself. Chairs are usually built for certain heights and weights. I'm pretty short and it sits fine with the chair I have (noble chairs epic, I think). These aren't any different from the ones that come with the box though.

Not memory foam more like a thick pillow. Botton back support is more like a foam though.

Lumbar pillow could be slightly wider

It was a bit hard to attach the neck pillow in a decent position but I've finally got it just right (my chair isn't by this brand but it'll happily fit other chairs) the lumbar pillow is a bit on the small side but fantastic quality and exactly what I was looking for.
