It's not attached. It comes separate with elastic . We need to fit it on bed .. somewhat like bathcap fits on head with elastic

It's size is Good for newly borne baby's but above 6-7months baby's size is quite short. They mentioned there this product is for 0-12 months baby but they have to increase there product length few more inches so buyer don't face same issue like me.... otherwise product quality is very good and mosquito net quality is also very good.
