Comfortable. Drawstring is good quality. Material is thin but strong. Color looks good. Very boxy and baggy, not a fitted look by any means. But plenty of room to move around inside. I enjoy wearing them for comfort, not to look fashionable. Single back pocket not very useful. Just good quality basic scrub pants.

Everyone said these run small, one reviewer said 4 times the normal size. Well kids, that is not true. I am usually a Large in hospital grade surgical scrubs like this, so I reluctantly bought a Medium and they are SNUG. I have no business wearing them in public and someday I will bend over and the back will rip wide open. But I needed them immediately for a job and had no time to exchange them. Unbelievable. I am not going to give less than 5 stars just because I ordered the incorrect size based on reviews. That is not Amazon's fault.

I wear a large at my hospital and these are wayyy too large which is no problem, easy return, right……? NOT, I have to pay to return the item at USPS and print out the label. The only reason why I purchase from Amazon is because of the easy return process.

The product was too large to be a medium size. It has a waist of 42 inches and was was way too long and big. It felt like it was an xl size but mistakenly labeled as medium size.

I know my picture is not a good picture of the pants. Love these scrubs. They are reversible which makes the pants fit weird at first but once the draw string is tied. They fit good. My underwear doesn’t show when i bend down (this is something most women’s scrubs do). Material is thin and breathable but not see-through. I love this blue color and I will definitely be getting more colors.

I have ordered other medline scrubs from other sellers and these particular pants are by far the best fit and the best feel. The quality of this fabric is not only extremely comfortable, but also makes the pants fall/fit differently around the hips and waistline. By far the best medline scrubs I have ever bought. Now I'm trying to find the exact match for the tops. For others looking to buy medline scrubs: I have a very athletic body type, so hospital grade scrubs fit me best, and that's why I choose medline. Others such as grey's anatomy and the like tend to be too snug around my hips and thighs and look unprofessional. So keep that in mind if you're not the athletic body type or if hospital surgical scrubs don't fit your style
