How many spray/pumps should you use daily?

Don't actually know but if it helps I put 4 sprays on each calf and hip and it really helps bones and stiffness

Customers with cfs / m.e., how do you use the spray in your daily routine ? myself i can't air dry it 30min before washing off as instructions.

I just spray it into my palms and rub it in to my arms and sometimes my legs before bed. I dont wash it off. It does say spray on after a bath because your pores are open and product will be better absorbed.
