As you can see in the photo, they are small. The center one is this item, the other two are grips that I already owned. Someone with large hands will not be able to use these. They have a basic plastic tube in the center which will probably break in the next year, which is covered with a soft foam covering. They do the trick, are very inexpensive, when one breaks I will still have 3 more to work with.

This works great for me. It was a great value for handles for a reasonable price. However, I do wear a size small medical glove and a size small outdoor glove and as you can see it just fits my hand. If you have a large hand that probably won’t work for you.

I have a Bodyboss 2.0 fitness set, which uses bands. Switching from the door mount and the floor attachment, I find it to be inconvenient. I have always like redundancy.These are really lightweight and thin compared to the Bodyboss version. It functions well enough but the foam is thin and cheap. However, for the cost of four, I wasnt' expecting much. They work fine for what I am doing at the moment. This has a ring to attach the carabiners of the bands. The diameter is 1/4 thinner and it is a little shorter than my other set.It is comfortable. If I were using grips for heavy weights, I would use a steel based set.For the price, it is a good value. I just don't expect these to last too long.

These handles are only 4-1/2 inches wide. Too narrow for all but those with small hands. They rub and chafe against my hands while exercising. I'll replace them with handles 5-1/2 or 6 inches wide. If they were wider they'd be great, they're sturdy and well padded.
