These are excellent, especially if you are watching calories or Weightwachers points. Each rice cake, no matter the flavor, has a similar amount of calories. The confusing thing is that some flags the serving size is one rice cake and others it is three rice cakes.

Very nice taste and crunch. Lovely to eat with dips or peanut butter, etc. A low calorie snack that may be good for you. Can replace more fat-laden crackers and chips

10 calories per cake?! These are delicious and have helped me curb my chip/cracker/crunchy carb cravings. Love these with a Light Laughing Cow cheese and Everything Bagel Seasoning, or instead of bread as a PB&J, or with avocado and lunch meat, or... possibilities are endless. They are smaller than a traditional rice cake, so don't be surprised. I LOVE DELI POP

The Deli Pop is much more flavorful than regular rice cakes. Crunchy, low carb, versatile.

I just cannot believe the good reviews! These are the same price as the regular ones at the store but half the size and weight. I need to eat two to get the same portion of food as one from the store. And there is absolutely no flavor and the texture is nothing like a regular rice cake. I thought I'd try something new, but am sorry I did.

Why is the delivery so slow ? They are not an inexpensive snack ! My family munches of these a lot. Fills a need to crunch while consuming only 10 calories each. I also keep a bag in the car . Wish it came in different flavors.

The product was as expected except for the fact that like so many products it has shrunk in size. Outrageous.
