Can't believe I haven't baked with these before...and I've been baking a long time. They fit my pans and makes it so easy to remove to cooling racks. Glad I got them.

This is, as stated, a heavy duty parchment paper. The coating makes it nonstick and the thickness means you will not have an unexpected tear when lifting items off a baking pan. The box is a nice size that can easily be stored out of the way and yet it has a perforated, curved opening that allows you convenient and easy access to the papers. I have used these in my bakery when I need a product delivered quickly and I would recommend these to both the home baker and the small bakery.

Good patty papers.. couple of reasons1. The 5.5 size helps when pressing2. Allows for easy cleanup of your press3. There thicker than some others allowing for easy removal for particularly on frozen patties..when it’s time to cook .. 👍🍺

Works perfectly for burgers. I prefer to use the wax paper to make smash burgers. It prevents the spatula from sticking to the meat. Great product and value.

I love my parchment paper, have ordered couple times. Holds up well to high heat, I bake sourdough bread and cookies using this paper. Use for many other dishes where I dont want to use foil and want clean cleanup

I have been using this brand of parchment paper for 5 years now, nothing sticks, keeps the pans clean. Love that it comes in convenient pre-cut sheets that fit my pans. No more fighting with curling paper that won't lay flat.I only gave this review 4 stars because they changed the outer package size and the sheets are now folded in half. It makes easier to store but now I fight with a crease. OK when making cookies, not ok when using on my heat press. PLEASE go back to full size outer box.

Using with burger press. Keeps press and kitcher cleaner. Frozen patties seperate easly.
