how long does affect last?

This is a daily routine product to slowly take away those little lines & such around eyes. I don't think it has an immediate effect outside of softer look around the eyes.

Is this product for night or Day.? If day, can it be worn under makeup

You can put it on during the day or at night while you sleep. If you put it on during the day, you would apply it first , let it sink into your skin (which takes about 1 minute) then you can apply makeup over it.

can you wear makeup with this product?

yes absolutely. just give 5 - 10 mins for the eye cream to absorb and then apply makeup.
