Easy to use
Works well to make hamburger patties. I like that I can use the papers to freeze individually without the patties sticking together. I think it helps prevent shrinking on the grill and they turn out pretty much the same size consistently (I did use a scale when preparing the meat). Easy handwashing cleanup too.

Consistent burger size and shape
Seems to be a good quality. Worked for me the last time we grilled hamburgers. Ensured each was the same size and cooked evenly on the grill.

Perfect for 1/3 pound burgers
Easy to use. Used a scale to make 1/3 pound ground beef balls. Placed a patty paper in the mold, placed the ground beef onto the patty paper, put a patty paper on top and used the press to flatten the beef into a burger patty. No muss, no fuss. The grooves give the burgers a unique look and texture!
