Approximately how long before a noticeable change in energy levels?

My Iron drops to "0" and I have to have IV treatments. I also eat about 16 to 20 lbs. of ice daily . I have tried probably 30 to 40 different iron pills and none worked . I TOOKE THESE THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THEM AND BY THE NEXT AFTERNOON I HAD STOPPED CRAVING ICE AND MY IRON LEVELS WERE IN THE NORMAL RANGE AFTER 3 DAYS ON THEM . I consider them my new miracle pill . I recommend these to anyone with low iron .

What is the current source of folic acid? Thank you

We have recently upgraded our formulation, so instead of containing the synthetic folic acid, we are using the naturally occurring folinic acid in the form of calcium folintate, which is the metabolically active form of folic acid. This enables those who have the MTHFR gene to use our Iron Plus, as those people are unable to convert folic acid to folinic acid, so we have done it for them already! Why did I receive a bottle that says Folic Acid instead of Folinic Acid like the new formula should be?
