I know everyone's body chemistry is different, so maybe somehow this might not be the most outstanding, best hair regrowth formula you ever used. But I'll put it this way: not only am I growing new hair on the top, sides and back of my head, I have a small bald spot at the top/back side of my head that is actually getting smaller! That's right, my bald spot is growing hair again! I am extremely happy and satisfied with this product, Trio Nutrition's Hair Abundance Premium Hair Growth Formula. I have been taking it for about 4 months now and actually have new hair sprouting and growing. Where my hair was once thin, it is coming back, closer to full coverage. It is not like when I was 16, but I would settle for the hair I had when I was 35, and I'm getting my wish come true. I have slacked off like a week or two here recently to see what would happen and noticed more in the screen I keep hair from going down the plumbing with. It did increase, but hey, for $20 a month, I am happy to regrow hair, shrink my bald spot considerably, and right now I almost have full coverage of hair. It is not super thick, but it was super thin, I'm hopeful it will continue to improve. Down side is you have to keep using it, good side it is only $20/mo. My sister tried it on her thinning hair and was amazed as I was with results as good as I have had. She didn't have the bald spot, but it is getting much thicker.

Ive always has very thick, coarse, hard to manage hair. The past 3 years, I’ve noticed a lot of hair fall. Especially, the past year. I’ve had all my labs done, trying to figure out what is going on! It was falling out like three to five hairs every time I put my fingers through my hair. Okay, not a big deal, but every time?? I’ve tried all sorts of hair vitamins, and I’ve always noticed tons of growth, but my hair kept falling out and thinning bad. I have taken this vitamin for two months, and I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence, with all the extra collagen I’m taking? Which I’m sure helps, but my hair completely stopped falling out. I’m in shock.I got my labs done again and no difference so I can’t really chalk it up to that. I really cannot believe how much my hair looks almost back to normal! It’s very wavy and almost curly again and very shiny. I also can add that I’ve done a couple coconut oil treatments before washing my hair, and that’s making it stronger. But I will keep buying this vitamin! I’d like to stop taking it just to see if it’s the vitamin or the others I’ve tried mentioning above. Either way, it has a ton of keratin which our hair is made up of a lot, and lots of biotin. I’m so happy my hair is acting normal again. I really thought I was going to go bald by 35 at the rate I was going!!

I work in a Kindergarten classroom, where kids get the flu all the time. I have to be extra diligent in keeping my immune system in check. I recently heard about taking Elderberry gummies to help. I was getting ready to go on vacation and my daughter got the flu, so I went to Walmart and bought 2 bottles (30 gummies in each bottle) for a total of $20 (Sambucol brand). The dosage is only 1 per day. Each serving (1 gummy) contains 45 mg of Vitamin C, 3.75 mg of Zinc, and 50 mg of Black Elderberry Extract (equivalent to 1.7 grams of Black Elderberry Fruit).This brand (Premium Sambucus Elderberry Gummies from Trio Nutrition) that I bought from Amazon contained 2 bottles (60 gummies in each bottle) for a total of $29. A serving size is TWO gummies per day. Each serving (2 gummies) contains 90 mg of Vitamin C, 4.5 mg of Zinc, and 100 mg of Black Elderberry.All that being said, the premium sambucus elderberry gummies from Trio Nutrition, are a better value. I'd have to take 2 a day of the Sambucol brand in order to have the same amount of Vitamin C, Zinc and Black Elderberry.TASTE - This brand tastes like grape jello. I could definitely eat them like candy :)

This is the most vile smelling and tasting vitamin I've ever encountered.I have taken a hair/skin/ nail supplement for years and swear by them but the brands keep getting discontinued.If this were the only one left to take, I'd shave my head and pull out my own fingernails rather than take it again.When I opened the bottle, I physically recoiled at the smell. I closed it and turned on a fan. An hour later I left my room and came back and could still smell it.Despite that, I was determined to try it. Well it tastes even worse. I burped the flavor for hours afterward!I'm sure I can't return the opened bottle so I'll just take the loss. But never again. Never, ever again.

I have never tried Elderberry Gummies before this, but I have been taking these Trio Nutrition Berry-Berry Premium Sambusus Elderberry Gummies for almost a month now and have been able to stay healthy despite three others in our household (who were not taking these) with colds, two of them little kids, who don't always remember to cough in their sleeve. They have offered the immune system boost necessary to stay well, for which I am thankful.I like that these Elderberry Gummies taste GOOD (good enough that I really want to eat more than my allotment of two). I like that they contain real Black Elderberry, Vitamin C, and Zinc. I like that they do NOT contain Gelatin or Corn Syrup and are Pectin-based and offer great Immune Support and Antioxidant benefits.I am a bit confused, however, as the label states, "Keep out of reach of children. For adults 18 years and older only." I would love to have the kids take these because they have worked great for me, but I did not, since the label warned against this.Anyway, bottom line is they most definitely seem to be working AND they are delicious. Thank you for helping keep me well!
