11-foot Round Solar Cantilever Umbrella With 360º Rotation Vented Canopy An Umbrella Cover And 24 LED Lights It Also Includes The Base (Terracotta Stripe)

I recently ordered this umbrella supplied from M.k. Sisters at Amazon. It was easy to assemble and looks great. We noticed there were a few little cuts in the umbrella and one of the little solar lights was missing. I contacted Amazon and within hours, I heard back from M.K. Sisters. They were very apologetic and worked with me to have the damaged umbrella picked up and replaced. In less than a week, the new "PERFECT" umbrella is sitting in my yard. It is exactly what I thought I was ordering. Sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to order from M.K. Sisters again!

After reading most of the reviews I decided to go with this umbrella based on the size and price. There were conflicting reviews on how the umbrella would tip over when it was windy and I have to agree with the people that complained. Even with the base filled with sand and water, as they recommend, the umbrella will tip over in even the lightest breeze. I live in Miami, FL and I know it storms plenty here, but I'm talking about the gentlest breeze would make it sway and eventually tip over.I do have to say that the main cross at the base (the feet if you will) does have holes for you to bolt it done, but unfortunately I cannot do that since my deck is covered with pavers. I even tried putting pavers in the plastic base to add extra weight and it wasn't enough. Ultimately I had to put some extra cinder blocks on top of it to make sure it wouldn't tip over.I feel the design is a little flimsy. The arm that extends the canopy is not designed well and cannot hold the canopy firmly in the wind which causes it to sway and once it gets rocking, it gets unbalanced an tips. I plan on getting a heavy circular slab of stone to put under the base so that I can bolt it to that and remove the ugly cinder blocks.All in all, I guess you get what you pay for. We just bought this house and needed some shade next to the pool and didn't have too much money to spend. Oh, the LED lights are a nice touch, although on mine one of them was broken.

Umbrella itself is good quality but it blew over too many times and was damaged because the wet sand base is not heavy enough. If you purchase this type of umbrella you should place 4 cinder blocks on it to weigh it down

Disappointed that it didn't have rollers on the base so it was movable. It has tipped over twice, the base doesn't hold enough sand & water so we put a bag of sand on it. The umbrella looks great & the lights are bright enough to shine on the pool, the effect is wonderful.

Fantastic umbrella for our pool area. Love the flexibility of moving from left to right, tilting, and all around shade.

Mine came damaged on the extender pole. Two settings i will not be able to use. The base top is made out of thin plasticthat if stepped on will break. Also, I saw same 11 foot umbrella with same material at Home Depot when i went to buy sandfor the base and it was $70 cheaper?

Umbrella is very unstable in the least amount of breeze. It snapped and broke from the top. Amazon is running interference with the seller to get reimbursement. Amazon is great! Not so much the seller.
