The Sak Kendra Satchel

Very Pleased with this Beautiful SAK purse. It is Very Nice quality leather, Beautiful design with lots of space an pockets to hold what needs holding. There is a zipper that runs across the center section. On each side of that zipped section is a open slip in section for phones, tablet. There is also plenty of room inside the zipped section for tablet etc.as well. There is no lack of storage in this medium size purse. Handles are soft an slightly padded. Very happy with this Beautiful purse. My one small complaint is the zipper that runs in the center of the purse does not seal each end of purse. So you can, I did stick my hand inside an removed my small wallet with the zipper fully zipped. Also this could allow rain or snow to slip in. It's not reasons to not buy this lovely leather purse, just my observations. I am picky about purse's, I Love Leather an do Not want to carry a huge bag, or will I pay hundreds of dollars for it. I looked at a lot of purse's, many brands an none were right, this Beautiful Leather purse has all I was looking for an more.Happy to know SAK quality is still Excellent. I am so glad that I chose this purse after pouring over many online - it is the perfect size for me, has THREE true INSIDE pockets, but then within the outer case of the purse, there are two very large areas to slide things into!! This was a total surprise - and is appreciated! I like the outside four pockets - one at either end, plus a slide in on one side and a zippered one on the opposite side. Interior fabric is pretty and I expect to be very durable as my last Sak purse purchase was. Also, the smell of leather is always a plus to me :) and I like the added dash of fun w/the animal print trim on the edges.

I have been looking for a cute and functional black everyday purse for years (honestly, that's not an exaggeration) and FINALLY I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT PURSE!!It has so many different pockets that I can keep all my things organized. I hate the one pocket purses where everything mixes together and you have to dig to find anything.After reading the reviews, I can confirm it's a very high quality leather and fits perfectly under my arm. I don't know about the reviews that said the big side pockets ripped. I have been using the purse for a couple weeks now so not really enough time to say how durable they are. The strap can have a tendN y to slip off my shoulder every once in a while but it's a welcome trade off for the functionality of this purse. I love it!If you are looking for a cute, high quality purse with lots of individual storage pockets, this is the one for you!Hmmmm...I'll probably buy it in Spring colors too... ;-)

It is between a four and a five star. Very nice quality leather and multiple pockets, but the purse is a little sloppy. It holds everything I need it to and I am happy. I got a small purse organizer on Amazon and it is more efficient now. Strap length is just right for going over the shoulder and tucking under my arms. I do not like long should straps.

I'm in love!! I've been through 3 purses in 5 days. Couldn't find one that was big enough to hold all my stuff or had enough pockets. I got so used to lots of pockets because I've been using a cocoa colored Kendra Hobo for years and thought it was time to get something new in black. This purse has enough room for everything I carry around with me plus some. I'll be buying another one of these or maybe several in other colors. Another plus is that it's comfortable carrying it on my shoulder with my hand on the strap and it's cute too. I really can't say enough good about this purse to do it justice. I wanted to keep it but....I had to send it back.1. The leather is beautifully pebbled and very soft2. Ample pockets3. Roomy size4. Not a fan of the lining especially where it shows in the 2 open (inside) side pockets5. The deal breaker for me -- the fact that the zipper does not go completely to the end. The openings are much too big for my purpose. If the bag topples over, items will fall out. I also take public transportation and it would make everyday Christmas for the pickpockets and thieves on a packed train or bus. If I drove to work then I could probably deal with the large openings on the end. Still I was not a fan of how the lining looked when I had the bag on my shoulder. If the lining was black then maybe, just maybe I could have used it.Final Grade - Best Features /// Beautiful leather, multi-pockets for keys, ID, cell, metro card. Love it very roomy

I love this purse! It's roomy with multiple pockets and zippers and still doesn't look like you're lugging around a small suitcase. It seems to have a place for everything; cellphone, keys, wallet, and yet is still roomy enough for me to carry my glasses case, my Kindle, and a thingie of Yogurt. I don't think it's fancy enough for a special occassion, but it definitely works for the office as well as casual. The leather was smooth and the zippers and handles are sturdy and well made. I think you would be very pleased with this purse and highly recommend it!

The sak Kendra satchel handbag is the perfect everyday handbag. It is the right size, has pockets on the outside and several on the inside. The main compartment holds everything I need. I love this bag!
