I hesitated to purchase this calf stretcher because of the reviews mentioning the price but I am so grateful I went ahead! First of all, most of the calf stretchers look like you need to wear sneakers to use them and I wanted to be able to step on it anytime as I need to stretch multiple times a day. I've had chronic tight calves & Achilles tendons for so long and have never before been able to find just the right stretch and this product does it. It is so comfortable that I am able to just hang out, really allowing everything to relax. Just like how the tightness in my calves travels up and affects my knees, hips and entire spine...daily use of this calf stretcher is making a huge difference in my overall body pain caused by chronic tight calves. Which makes this calf stretcher priceless, to me. I hope others find it helpful too.

I have Plantar Fasciitis, as many people do. several years ago, I would get up in the morning and have to VERY slowly start, limping around my room, until my feet would relax enough and the pain would subside. I was taking OTC pain meds to help, but it was the same every day. I tried wrapping my feet, leg braces, so many OTC remedies and $$$$... but the problem was always there. Same thing after sitting at my office chair throughout the day. I couldn't exercise and was afraid I was going to have to get surgery to stop the pain.I purchased this years ago, followed a simple stretching regimen, given to me by Dr. Aimis [sp] (before he retired)... (for me, 15 minutes total (3 min stretch, 3 min rest, 3 min stretch, 3 min rest, 3 min stretch... DONE!), 2x per day). Within a few weeks, I was able to hop out of bed and walk normally... Now I just use it once in a while to maintain the stretch and flexibility. I have a friend who is suffering now, so I purchased one for them (because I don't want to give mine up) and they are seeing tremendous success. I am so thankful that I found this product!!

I use this to help my Achille tendon after surgery. It's the same as what I use at physical therapy at Harborview medical in Seattle. I think a person there invented it. It is by far, the easiest way to stretch your leg. I sincerely recommend it. Nobody wants to do therapy, it's so hard sometimes. This product makes it a lot easier.

I am a true believer in this product. Has helped me and many of my friends who purchased one at my recommendations. Better than stairs because you can relax with your back against the wall and really sink into the stretch. Also leaves hands free so you can read, or use your phone so you are more prone to using it regularly. Seems too simple to be true, but it really does the trick with current foot pain and keeps new issues away!!

I don't like that my foot slips off of it when I use it making it hard to hold a position of the stretch. It is better than the rocker type of devices. Overall pretty good definitely a great stretch from it

I bought this an a desperate last bid to avoid seeing a doctor about my plantar fasciitis. It is working, I'm now walking nearly pain free. I had very quickly gotten to where just doing everyday chores was terrible and I had to take ibuprofen just about every afternoon. As soon as I started using this with the 9 minutes of stretching everyday I had less pain. I think it will take a long time to completely recover but I'm happy with my progress. Not having to balance or put pressure on the ball of your foot while using this makes it totally worth the money.

Product does not set level on floor. It rocks. The rubber washers on the bottom we're not glued properly. One was glued out of its proper location causing the unit to rock when you step on it. The bottom was also covered in some your of oil in all for corners. This cannot be set on the floor. Very bad quality control.

Rarely do I write testimonials, but in this case I feel compelled. The name Plantar Fasciitis sets up the wrong thinking about its management. As a physician, I like many who suffered from this painful condition assumed the problem was in my foot. That’s understandable; the plantar fascia is in the foot. However, the plantar fascia is relaxed or on tension due to the entire system which starts in your calf muscle; the gastrocnemius. After failing to see relief with shoe prosthetics, I started using the One Stretch to stretch the entire system. The pain, which I had endured for months, started to fade after just 2 weeks. After three months of using the One Stretch, I can wear sandals again without pain. The best part of this treatment is it is easy.
