Happy to have it for a quick temperature test in these Pandemic times. Love the blue light when taken tempareature. Very easy to use. Easy and nice too have in the hand. Looks very professional and has a great design. Love it. I can definitely recommend this product.

Did not work out of the box despite repeated attempts
Frozen screen - none of the buttons (controls) / functions worked. Removing/changing batteries etc - no difference. Yes it was at room temperature before use. Useless.
