It is easy to take it and you can be carried it out easily anywhere.This spray is full of vitamin K3 and K2 supplement that is helpful for bones in the body.I recently took a full body checkup from my nearest pathology lab. And the major problem in my body was "Deficiency of vitamin B12 and vitamin D3, However, my physician recommends few vitamin tablets that I have to take on a daily basis one in the morning and one in the night. Sometimes it skipped. Now I can take my dose of Vitamin D3 on time and its no matter whether I am out of my home. It tastes like some orange flavor.Note: this is a Non-vegetarian product. Very bad product vas it's sprayer was not working. Requesting you to ensure the sprayer is working properly, or else whatever be the range of content and quality,what is the use of it?

I just loved it. Its so easy to use. Just spray on your tounge and its gets absorbed, it doesn't bother your digestive system. A great way to take supplements.
